DESCRIPTION:Dear spectators\, \nAccording to decision No. 76 of the National Committee for Emergency Situations\, all the perfomances are allowed only in accordance with the legal regulations in force that is\, the following conditions: \n\npublic participation is allowed up to 50% of the perfomance hall capacity\nevery spectator has to present the official QR Code of their SARS-CoV-2 certificate (digital or on paper) and prove that they have been fully vaccinated\nevery spectator has to present the proof that he is between 15 and 180 days after the confirmation of contacting the SARS-CoV-2 virus\n\nEveryone participating the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca events\, has to present their SARS-CoV-2 certificate (digital or on paper) through the official digital certificate approved by the European Union\, according to the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 68/2021 on the adoption of measures for the implementation of the European framework for the issuance verification and acceptance of the digital certificate COVID-19 of the European Union. \nBe aware that every official certificate has to be accompanied by an identity document. \n\nThank you for your understading! \n\nEvent organsied with the occasion of “Virginia Zeani” Royal Opera Festival \nOpera in four acts on a libretto by Henry Meilhac & Ludovic Halévy\, based on Prosper Mérimée’s homonym novelette \nThe last and most important of George Bizet’s operas ouvre\, Carmen became gradually acknowledged\, in spite of the hostility and negative reviews that accompanied the night of its premiere at parisian Opéra Comique (June 3rd 1875). After defying his family\, compromising his career and totally exceeding the morality limits for the woman who loves feverishly\, Don José ends up by killing her. \nHereby it becomes obvious why the parisian public\, already used to diverting or \,\,happy-end” plays\, was taken by surprise. Even so\, the genious manner in which Bizet built the dramatic evolution\, the seductive melodies of Habanera\, Séguedille or The Toreador Song\, the spanish tone and the french-like lyricism\, got eventually\, its deserved appreciation\, conquering even nowadays the loud applause of the worldwide public. \nThe performance has three breaks and and ends around 10.30 p.m. \nRecommended Age: 5+
