DESCRIPTION:Performance scheduled at Sibiu Opera Festival 2024. \nA performance with soloists of the Lya Hubic Studio\, adapted from the production of the Bucharest National Opera\, with Adriana Urmuzescu as set designer. \nComedy opera in four acts\, on a libretto by Lorenzo Da Ponte \nThe servants Figaro and Susanna are full of excitement on their wedding day\, but there’s a problem: their employer\, Count Almaviva\, has dishonorable intentions toward the bride-to-be. With several twists and turns\, the story of Mozart’s comic opera will surprise and delight at every turn\, all unfolding over one crazy day in Count Almaviva’s house. \nMaestro David Crescenzi\, artistic director of the Cluj Opera\, will conduct the newest production in the institution’s repertoire. We look forward to having you join us for an exciting story! \nRecommended age: 7 + \nThe performance has one intermission and ends at around 10.00 p.m. \nThe performance is interpreted in Italian with Romanian supertitles.
