SUMMARY:Cluj Chamber Music Festival: Romantic Whispers
DESCRIPTION:Now in its third edition\, Cluj Chamber Music Festival brings to the forefront the beauty and refinement of chamber music. Taking place between May 9–20\, across various venues in Cluj-Napoca\, the festival presents 11 recitals performed by prestigious artists from the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca\, alongside special guests from Romania and abroad. \nOn Tuesday\, May 20\, at 7:00 PM\, at the Mina Museum\, the Cluj Chamber Music Festival will conclude its edition with an exceptional chamber recital dedicated to the sensitivity and depth of Sergei Rachmaninoff’s music. \nBaritone Florin Estefan\, cellist Diana Stir\, and pianist Mihai Diaconescu will bring to life iconic works by the Russian composer\, from the famous Vocalise to songs that explore longing\, melancholy\, and the passion of late Romanticism. \nThrough this journey\, the audience will discover the refinement of Rachmaninoff’s harmonies in an intimate setting filled with emotion and sensitivity. \nThe event has no intermission and will conclude around 8:00 PM. \nRecommended age: 12+
