Now in its third edition, the Cluj Chamber Music Festival brings to the forefront the beauty and refinement of chamber music. Taking place between May 9–20, across various venues in Cluj-Napoca, the festival presents 11 recitals performed by prestigious artists from the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca, alongside special guests from Romania and abroad.

On Thursday, May 15, at 7:00 PM, at the Military Circle (Cercul Militar), the Cluj Chamber Music Festival invites you to a special recital dedicated to a master of Romantic music – Franz Liszt.

Titled Liszt in the Mirror, the event will feature Mihai Damian (baritone) and guest Anna Stănescu (soprano), performing a selection of art songs from the rich vocal output of Franz Liszt, accompanied by pianist Lelia Serafinceanu. The evening will highlight the subtlety and depth of Liszt’s lieder, set in an elegant and intimate atmosphere.

The event has no intermission and will conclude around 8:00 PM.
